co-chairing a committee, or volunteering where needed.

ADVOCACY:

Supports and speaks up for children in the school, in the community, and before government bodies and other organizations that are decision makers affecting children.
ART DOCENT:
Christine Mazarek
This team of monthly in-classroom volunteers to provide art education and hand-on creation. No art experience necessary.
We train and provide all the materials!​
AUDIT COMMITTEE:
Open
This team of finance-minded (PTA member) volunteers meets twice (Jan & June) to review the financial records and fill out an audit checklist. Accountants are welcome but checkbook balancing skills are sufficient. Audits are scheduled at the convenience of the auditors and can be outside of school hours.​
BINGO NIGHT: Open
This event is a real crowd-pleaser. Usually held in both Fall and Spring, on a school night. Find out how you can help put on a great night!
BOOK FAIR:
Kristy Wong
This team of volunteers will help organize our bi-annual Scholastic book fairs. From setting the calendar, to sorting and setting up, to manning cash registers, to counting the money at the end. This fundraiser brings in much-needed books for library funds to our PTA.

Fun night of dancing for the students.

This team of social media volunteers help to keep our parents informed about upcoming events, activities at school an in our community, as well as district area concerns.

FIFTH GRADE CELEBRATION: Open
We are looking for 5th Grade parents who want to help put on a wonderful graduation event for their students. And also 4th grade parents who can be the ‘day of” volunteer staff so the parents of Graduates can enjoy their special day!​
POPCORN FRIDAY: Steve Uhle
This team puts makes and distrubutes popcorn on Friday's throughout the year.
